Video call and avatar API enabling AI agents to participate in real-time video conversations with animated avatars. Best for workflows needing visual AI presence — customer-facing video agents, interactive demos, and avatar-powered video calls. Unlike ElevenLabs (audio-only TTS), Keyframe Labs adds a visual component with real-time avatar rendering. 1 example endpoint available through Lava’s AI Gateway.
